  Born in Tokyo. In 1986, studied under Teruhiko Yumura. In 1987, formed the Neo Art Group (NAG) together with Ichiro Tanida. In 1997, he founded Enlightenment. That year he also founded Enlightenment Publishing to publish his own works and books by young artists. He has illustration work encompassing many areas including TV-CMs for TBC and Sony PlayStation.
