Chinese Graphic Design Exhibtion

  • In China, which is starting to bring great changes quickly to the world of graphic design, there was 2 large-scale poster exhibitions held in 2002. One was "The Red Cross Society of Chine International poster Exhibition" held in Beijing and the other was "‘The impressions of Suzhou’ Poster Exhibition" held in Suzhou. Centered around many prizewinning and outstanding posters and book designs by Yu Bingnan, professor of Academy of Art & Design, Tsinghua University and a leader in Chinese design education, and old Chinese posters from the 1920's to the 30's were exhibited.
