Born in Nagoya, he graduated from Nagoya Technological High School. After Calpis Foods and the Japan Design Center, he began to freelance, he has won the Japan Advertising Artists Club Special Mention and Members Awards, the Tokyo Illustrations Club Award, the Kodansha Publishing Cultural Illustration Award, the Sanrio Art Award, and the Red Bird Illustration Award. He is a TIS member. Books: Include "The World of Akira Uno," "Masquerade" and "Le Cinema."
